What is the best website to sell handmade jewelry and crafts?

Written by Jewelry on March 17, 2010

I hate Etsy which suspended my account for wrong reason. Is there any website other than Etsy and Ebay where i can sell my handmade jewelry and crafts?

Thank you.

There are lots of livejournal communities that allow you to advertise and sell your diy items. Just search by interest, such as ‘jewelry’ or ‘diy’ and you’ll find them.

    Hi,

there is also a site called ioffer – you could try it as I have seen quite a few people selling jewelry there.

Other than that – you could ask online stores if they would be willing to sell your jewelry for example.

There are many websites such as Ebay.com

To gain exposure, you could first make a public business announcement that you have jewelry for sale at – ViewMemo.com

Then proceed to open up accounts at

    Alibaba.com
    Tradekey.com
    b2bfreezone.com

    These are all free!
    All the best.

Did you check with Ruby Lane? http://www.rubylane.com

In addition to selling on my own website ( http://sarit-jewelry.com ), I sell also on Ruby Lane ( http://www.rubylane.com/shops/sarit-jewelry ). They have a very professional selling platform for artisans.
    Good luck!
    Sarit.

Some local sites do the same thing also as Ebay. Sometimes even the local newspaper website has a marketplace section.
