Yes, that stands to reason. But, you see, our machine has been gathering dust for ages, yet if I used it to work anything but pasta, I just might get hit with the rolling pin, (@_@)

haha Yes, you certainly don’t want to use your Granny’s pasta machine. You need one dedicated completely for non-food use.

I have a pasta machine. But I dare not THINK what my grandma would do to me if I used it for this XD

it might be promotional, could be helping promote other products. As a consumer, I more or less agree with you, but someone who has worked retail for 13 yrs, I respect that end as well. lol.

I need some help here: I saw someone make nice charms and things with the poly canes and they used some sort of metal form with holes in them so when you put the clay in them, you could string thru the metal frame when it was still on. What are they called and where could I find them???? Please?? I have searched thru the many jewelry finding sites and so far nothin.

    Hi Missmasya,
I dont’ think that’s the type of tutorial that we would do, just because it’s so very specific. I’m sure if you search for something like: “orange slice cane tutorial” or “how to” you should be able to find someone who’s teaching that technique. Good luck!!

Shyprincess is right – you can add pearl or gold foil to any kind of polymer clay. We haven’t made a video about it yet, but thanks for the suggestion Kaatje – we’ll add those techniques to our video wish list!
