people hardly ever agree on youtube…………..visual kei is awesome. it doesn’t really matter where it started………..would it become any better if X-Japan started it? or anyone else? it shouldn’t matter who started it……..but people like to argue.

Visual kei is awesome…….no matter who started it and it will continue to be……hopefully

um no. actually it was stared by the great X-Japan or simply “X”. They were the first band to actually use make-up and costumes to excentrate their music.

i’m talking about the origin of glam rock worldwide. x-japan is just one of the first visual kei groups that branched off the muthufuker. and that muthufuker davied bowie was the root of it all. yea yo niggaz like to deny it ‘cuz he’s an ugly fuck way then.

I agree. finally! someone that likes visual kei but knows reality. I know many japanese ppl and they don’t like visual kei either. while vk seems big, its not a huuge thing yet. the average joe walking down the street don’t even know what it is.

Then again, I have some friends that hang out in harajuku every sunday with their cosplaying and VK-stuff… that likes and respects the VK-artists and their feminine styles, Like Mana’s for example.

But then again, It’s quite given that they do… Since they are fans of him and they are Vk’ers themselves.

Again…,Just to give you some real perspective of how things actually are….

Of course he’s very respected by people that like Visual kei, like you and me for example. I’ve lived in Japan for 6 years, most girls that I’ve met during my schooldays and on my freetime, trust me, they don’t dig VK at all, they’re kinda grossed out about people like Mana, and other men wearing a dress.,
So.. my point was… It’s not at all respected amongst the ordinary Japanese person…, It’s like…, It’s not anymore respected to Crossdress/Dress Visual kei, then it is in any other country.
